Caris Ball – Operations Manager
Caris is one of the founder staff members of IP and was integral to its start up in November 2007, having worked alongside MD Guy Tolhurst previously. Caris had a 12 month period away from IP in 2010, in a role as Operations Director at ifamatch.com, working with IFA’s across the Middle East, The Far East and in Europe. The draw of IP was too strong however and Caris returned to the fold in 2011 and now manages all of the key clients and introducers on the distribution side of the business with a diligence second to none.
Caris has also sung professionally since the age of 13 and can be seen out of hours at various wedding venues around the country, carousing with her band The Everyday People.
