Guy Tolhurst – Managing Director
Guy started Intelligent Partnership in 2007 after 8 years of delivering bespoke sales and marketing solutions to international real estate developers, funds, hoteliers and investor groups. In 4 years he has grown IP into an award-winning multi-faceted consultancy with a truly global reach working in real estate, land and commodities.
His broad understanding of the intricacies of alternative and pension based investments is highly regarded and IP now raises in excess of £30million per annum in this sector. Personally he is a keen advocate for consumer protection, improving standards and professionalism across the industry.
Guy is also an Executive Director of the SIPP Investment Platform, a Board member of the Association of International Property Professionals (AIPP) and a regular speaker at industry events.
In the little down-time he affords himself, Guy can be seen digging holes in various golf courses around the UK.
